In my professional development I have always relied on Workshops, Trainings and Lectures provided by diffrent organisations and teachers because in my country it has been the most beneficial way of gaining knowlegde and expirience in the fields I'm interested in. Thanks to this, I was able to learn about new approaches and interesting methods often before they become mainstream and attracted wider interest in Poland.
