• I have many years of experience in conducting workshops for companies based on psychophysical yoga exercises, using relaxation and meditation techniques. And growing expirience as a trainer of psychological workshops for children, teenagers and adults.

 

• I offer psychological workshops, adapted to the needs of the group and the event, on any topic chosen by the client, e.g. ways to deal with stress, assertive body language, emotional regulation. If needed, I support clients in the selection of subject, goals and point of focus, as well as in the development of the program for an event.

Why with me?

 

I have many years of coaching experience in conducting classes, workshops and lectures of various forms and for various groups. I train individual clients on a daily basis.

​

For several years, I have been regularly cooperating with the Impact Polska, a worldwide company that organizes training and special events for corporate clients.

​

Currently I am enhancing my professional experience by working with AbilityHP Sp. z o. o., for which since 2021 I have conducted over 100 hours of psychological workshops for children, adolescents (6 to 18 years old) and adults, on variety of subjects.

​

I also had conducted workshops for direct clients such as PZU or Abbvie and open workshops organized by my company ZEN ROOM.

​

I usually run workshops based on my own programs. I use elements that I have tested over the years, but I am constantly developing and enriching the programs with new methods and expanding knowledge.

I also carry out specific orders based on scenarios provided by clients.
